What a year it has been…with the heaviness growing deeper everyday and the skys filled with smoke and ash it was the perfect time for us to get away from Los Angeles for a few days. We went to one of our favorite spots in the central coast, Cambria. We were here last year for our mini-moon and my Mother and I have taken many trips here.Nestled between pine trees and quiet jagged beaches, this place feels like a safe haven for me.The birds were chirping, and there were moonstones under our feet. The sunsets showed evidence of the fires and the people wore their masks but it almost felt like a piece of the “normal life”.
