Maternity sessions have become one of my favorite milestones to document. I, myself gave birth to my daughter a year ago and since then have had such a strong connection to my fellow mothers. It truly is a magical thing and when Jaclyn reached out to me I just knew that we were meant to meet each other ( we also spell our name the same way which was a plus ).
When Jaclyn and Edwin told me about themselves,Angelinos who love art, nature, and they were open to locations I knew Vasquez Canyon was the perfect setting to capture the beauty that is pending parenthood. The way to warm light and shapes of the rock formations mirror the silhouette of Jaclyn’s baby belly was so beautiful .Enjoy our sunset session amongst the desert landscape and the parents to be in all black, and keep your eyes peeled for the tiny doc martens! These two are going to be the coolest parents.
